Overview
In Q1 2026, BriQ Properties assigned us a critical task: Take a newly developed office building in Neo Faliro, on Poseidonos Avenue, and turn it into a premium, lease-ready commercial product.
Not just with visuals, but with a complete identity, positioning, and marketing creatives.
The Property:

Aenora Offices is a LEED Gold-certified office building located at:
📍 Poseidonos Avenue 42, Kallithea — next to the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center and next to the Aenaon development zone.
The Challenge
The building had strong fundamentals — architecture, location, and sustainability.
But it lacked:
A name
A brand identity
A cohesive presentation
A leasing-focused creative approach
And most importantly:It needed to attract premium corporate tenants, not just general interest.
Our Approach: Build the Asset Like a Brand
We didn’t treat this as a listing. We treated it as a product launch.
1. Naming & Brand Identity

We came up with: AENORA Offices
A name inspired by the nearby Aenaon development, designed to feel:
Corporate
Timeless
International
Premium
We developed a full identity system:
Logo
Typography
Color direction aligned with architecture
2. High-End Output at a fraction of the usual cost
Instead of starting from scratch, we leveraged what already existed:
Architectural floorplans
Existing 3D renders
Using a combination of AI tools and advanced graphic design, we:
✔ Reworked and enhanced the visual material
✔ Transformed static assets into 3D-style property presentations
✔ Built a complete brochure and visual system
(Normal cost just for these 3 alone: ±1200€)

We designed a premium brochure that communicates the project as a corporate-grade opportunity.
It includes:
Enhanced 3D visuals
Floorplans and layouts
Location mapping and nearby landmarks

4. On-Site Branding (Poseidonos Banner)
We designed and installed a large-scale banner placed on the eastern side of the building, visible to thousands of daily drivers.

“LEED GOLD PREMIUM OFFICE”
This turned the building itself into a high-impact advertising medium.
