This blog is written for two people: the owner of a real estate agency who needs more listings, and the developer who needs units reserved before the building is finished. Everything here is written for one of those two jobs.

What you will find is the arithmetic behind the work rather than opinions about it. What a property lead actually costs in Greece. What separates a campaign aimed at buyers from one aimed at sellers, and why the second costs more. When a development earns its own website and when a page on your company site is enough. Why lead quality is usually a measurement problem rather than a targeting one.

Every number we publish comes from a named client campaign with the spend and the date range attached. When a figure is modelled rather than measured, we say so in the same sentence. When a campaign started badly, which most of them do, we say that too, because a case study without a first month is a brochure.

We work only with real estate, across Greece and Cyprus. That focus is why these posts go further than general marketing advice: we are not translating tactics from another industry, we are reporting what happened in property accounts we run. Views and follower counts appear here only as supporting evidence. The measure that matters is booked appointments and signed listings.
