Overview
From January 2025 to May 2026, we partnered with Keller Williams Solutions Group to build one of the most powerful digital ecosystems in Greek real estate — combining a content-led organic growth engine with a precision Meta Ads system designed to convert that audience into listings.
Organic Content (No budget for Ads):
Through a strategic mix of educational content and property videos, we added 45,300 followers across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and generated 7,400+ direct buyer and renter leads — all with zero ad spend.
In 16 months, we generated:

✅ 594 seller leads through paid Meta Ads (Feb–May 2026)
✅ 22+ exclusive listings signed from Meta Ads alone

PHASE 1: Building the Audience — Organic Content (Jan 2025 – present)
The first phase was simple in principle, hard in execution: build the biggest, most engaged real estate audience in Greece — without spending a euro on ads.
We focused on two content pillars:
1. Informative Videos & Real Estate Tips
Value-driven content that explained the market, gave advice to buyers, renters, sellers, and property owners, and simplified the real estate process. This content educated the audience, built trust, and became the foundation for organic lead generation.
2. Property Showcases with Keller Williams Agents
We featured KWSG's own on-camera agents presenting real properties — giving each listing a personal, authentic touch. These videos converted attention into action, driving the 7,400+ buyer and renter leads generated organically across platforms.

PHASE 2: Activating the Audience — Meta Ads for Seller Leads (Feb – May 2026)
After building one of the strongest organic audiences in Greek real estate, we activated Phase 2: turning that audience into property owners ready to assign their listings to KWSG.
From February 1 to May 18, 2026 (3.5 months), we ran a tightly optimised Meta Ads system focused on listing acquisition (anathesi) — targeting sellers, not buyers.
