3. Registration & Access

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
   

• Webinar access links will be delivered via email prior to the event.
   

• You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and appropriate software (e.g., Google Meet) to attend the webinar.
   

 
4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT (where applicable).
   

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
   

• We accept payments through secure third-party gateways such as Stripe or PayPal.
   

• We do not store or process your payment card details directly.
   

 
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds will be handled as follows:

• Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the webinar.
   

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
   

• If we cancel or reschedule a webinar, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend a future session.

6. Intellectual Property
All webinar materials, slides, videos, and other content provided are the intellectual property of RealFlow Agency or its licensors.
You may not:

• Disrupt or interfere with the webinar experience for others.
   

• Use our content or platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
   

• Impersonate another user or provide false information.
   

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the webinar without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of webinar access and digital services made through our website or advertising channels (including Meta Ads). By registering for one of our webinars, you agree to the terms outlined below.
 
2. Cancellations by the Customer
You may request to cancel your registration under the following conditions:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled webinar to be eligible for a refund.
   

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or for non-attendance (“no-shows”).
   

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@realflow-agency.com with your name and order confirmation.
 
3. Cancellations by RealFlow Agency
We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or postpone any webinar due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical issues, presenter availability). In such cases:

• You will be offered a full refund, or
   

• You can choose to transfer your registration to a future session of equal value.
   

We will notify you via email as soon as possible if a session must be canceled or changed.
 
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
 
5. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for the following:

• Missed live sessions due to the attendee’s unavailability.
   

• Poor internet connection on the attendee’s end.
   

• Partial attendance or leaving the webinar early.
   

• Discounted or promotional webinar tickets (unless the event is canceled by us).
   

 
6. Modifications to the Policy
